How is the Base fare charges calculated?
The Base fare charges are calculated on booking of car for 8 hours and 80 KM. For Base fare charges DA is included.
How is the per KM charges calculated?
The per KM charges are calculated on booking of car for minimum 300 KM per day for outstation. For per KM charges Toll Tax, State tax, Parking, and DA are not included and will be added in final bill.
What is DA?
DA stands for Driver Allowance. Driver Allowance is per day charges of Driver, it varies from Rs. 300 to Rs.500 , depending on the car you want to hire per day. DA is levied if you are booking Car per KM.
How long in advance do I need to book a Car on Rent?
We recommend you to do booking as soon as possible, because we offer more discount if booked before one month from date of event. Although you can booked a day before also, but it depends on availability of our vehicles, as most of our customers book in advance.
What is advance booking amount for renting a Car?
We take 20% advance payment at time of booking. Remaining 80% will be given at time of reporting at your location before the event starts.

Can i book a Luxury Car on rent for out of city?
Yes, you can book our Luxury Car for out of Agra. Cost is according to your route (total KM) and time duration. We guarantee you best offer at affordable rates compare to other market prices.
Is there any extra charge?
No, there is no extra charge. Our charges include fuel expenses, professional chauffeur.But if you book for more than one day, you need to pay extra for night allowance. We will give you best deal at affordable rates.
